I was trying to help but you are not helping soĪnyone tried these? THESE WHAT? Parts Express makes LOTS of speakers. Most mastering engineers, and this is the mastering forum in case you missed it and not the build it yourself speaker forum, use speakers that are already built and tested like the B&Ws, the ATCs, the PMCs, Lipinskys and Eggelstons. I am sure that somewhere on the internet there are people who have built these speakers and have some comments about them, in fact Parts Express has their own forum where there ARE people who have build their speakers so point your browser to Parts Express Tech Talk - Message Index and post there. Do I really need a refresher course on why or why not to ask questions on this type of forum? is this really called for? Don't you think to wait at least a day or even two to see if anyone responds before saying "why don't you just build them yourself? I was just flipping through the catalog and saw the kits.

I was hoping someone might be able to answer these quesions so that I could consider building them. Yes exactly that's why I posted the question. What was your total expense for buying them and building them and do you think it would have been cheaper or better to buy something already built and tested? If you have another pair of monitors how do these compare to the ones you have? Now that you have them how are they to master or mix on? How was your experience dealing with the company? What could they as a company have done to make your job easier? What are your impressions of the "sound" of the speaker or lack there of? Where they worth the price and the time to build them? After you buy and build them you can answer a couple of questions that others may find informative.
